According to a report, Abu Dhabi-based International Holding Company PJSC (IHC) will invest two billion dollars (Rs 15 thousand crores) in three companies of the Adani Group. These three companies include Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), Adani Transmission Limited (ATL), and Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL). According to a report released in this regard, the Abu Dhabi-based company will invest Rs 3,850 crore in Adani Green Energy, Rs 3,850 crore in Adani Transmission, and Rs 7,700 crore in Adani Enterprises.
According to a stock exchange briefing by Adani Enterprises, the capital to be invested will be used for furthering the growth of the respective businesses, further strengthening the balance sheet, besides for general corporate purposes. The investment has been approved by the boards of all three group companies and the transaction is expected to be completed in a month, the report said.
