DCP Ravi Singh of IGI Airport said, 'Delhi Police has arrested the accused Shankar Mishra from Bengaluru last night. He was living in Thana Sanjay Nagar. He will be produced in court today. The Delhi Police had issued a Look Out Circular (LOC) against the accused and informed them about his disappearance to the US-based legal department of Wells Fargo Company.
