Joram Review: Manoj Bajpayee's disturbing acting surpasses cinema 'Paar', Dev needs the audience's blessings

Honest but overburdened government employees like Ratnakal Bagul are ready to help them, but every change is stuck somewhere 'above'. And, above there are the same people as Phulo Karma of 'Joram'.
