'Azadi March' to resume in Pakistan today, Imran Khan appeals to people to join in large numbers

After the deadly attack on former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan, Azadi March is being started once again from Thursday. Imran Khan has urged the people of Pakistan to join this march in maximum numbers. The Azadi March was stopped after an attempt to assassinate Imran in the past.

 

While releasing the video, Imran Khan said that according to the will of God, we are going to resume our Haqeeqi Azadi March from Wazirabad at the same place. where bullets were fired at us. 13 people were injured and one died in this firing.

Also, Imran said that this Hakiki Azadi March is for all of you. A nation that is not free can never develop. This is the most important movement after the independence of Pakistan. Therefore, I request all of you to join the march in large numbers.

 

PTI will take the matter to the Supreme Court

Meanwhile, local media The Nation reported that PTI will approach the Supreme Court of Pakistan to register an FIR in the incident of attack on Imran Khan. PTI MPs, members of the National Assembly, and members of the provincial assemblies will take up the matter in the Supreme Court demanding the registration of an FIR.

 

However, on Wednesday, the Punjab Police of Pakistan registered an FIR against the attacker. The Supreme Court has also issued a 24-hour ultimatum to the Punjab Police.

 

Imran Khan holds meeting with party leaders

At the same time, former Prime Minister Imran Khan presided over the meeting with many big leaders of PTI. In the meeting, there was a demand for the dissolution of the Legislative Assemblies and early elections in all four provinces. According to The Nation, the issues discussed in the meeting included the next phase of the independence march and the overall political situation in the country.
