The recent Supreme Court verdict under Article 142 on the role of governors and the President has undoubtedly established that no person in the name of being a constitutional authority can indefinitely hold back bills passed by the legislature that weaken constitutional provisions."
The DMK leader said, "Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar's comments on this Supreme Court verdict are unethical! Every citizen should know that the rule of law prevails in India."
