Meanwhile, BJP Minority Front National President Jamal Siddiqui has said that there is no ban on sacrifice in the Constitution. He said that Muslims should celebrate their festival by staying within the ambit of the Constitution and avoiding sacrificing any banned animal.

The poor have been exempted from sacrifice, while the rich have been made to sacrifice. In such a situation, there is no single rule for everyone regarding sacrifice. Everyone should make a decision on sacrifice keeping in mind their situation and circumstances. But one should stay away from sacrificing any animal whose sacrifice has been banned by law.
Jamal Siddiqui said that there is no ban on sacrifice in the Constitution of India. Everyone has the freedom to celebrate festivals according to their wishes. Those who oppose the sacrifice of goats, this is their attempt to gain cheap popularity. He said that if the central and state governments make such a law, then every Muslim will follow it. But when there is no ban on sacrificing in the Constitution and law, then the atmosphere should not be spoiled by creating such controversies.
