According to media reports, this matter is of August 20. Jaypee Wish Town Society is located in Sector 128, Noida. Bhavya Roy, who lives here, was coming out of the society in her Honda City car between five and six in the evening. It is said that the guard notes the number of vehicles going out of the society. When Bhavya reached the gate, the guard started noting down the number of the vehicle. Due to this, there was a delay of a few seconds in opening the gate, then Bhavya got furious. It is alleged that by lowering the glass, she started abusing the guard.
When the guard protested, Bhavya got furious and got down from the car and started abusing the guard. Someone made a video of it and shared it. This video is of two minutes and five seconds. On seeing the video, it went viral on social media. Many big journalists, officers, and leaders of the country shared this video and demanded action against the accused.

According to media reports, Bhavya Roy, who abused the guards in the Noida society, is a lawyer by profession. The woman lives in a flat in society. It is alleged that while abusing the guard, Bhavya had also drunk a lot of alcohol.
