Today is the 77th birth anniversary of Kitty O'Neil of America. The American stunt performer has been crowned the "World's Fastest Woman".

This doodle was created by Mia Tjiang, a deaf guest artist based in Washington DC, on the occasion of Kitty O'Neil's birth anniversary. Kitty O'Neil was a well-known American stunt performer.

 

She was very courageous. She was the driver of a rocket-powered vehicle of sorts, and she excelled at it.

 

Who Was Kitty O'Neil?

Kitty O'Neil was born in 1946 in Corpus Christi, Texas, USA.

 

He had to face many struggles in life. She had become deaf due to some disease. However, Neil never let this deter him. Rather, he took the courage to fulfill his dreams.

 

Kitty became the fastest woman in the world

Kitty O'Neil didn't let her deafness become her weakness but made it her strength.

 

When she used to run racing cars on the track, no one could stand in front of her at high speed, that is why she is known as the fastest woman in the world.

 

She was a great stunt performer. She was an expert in driving rockets to racing cars. Although she also injured her wrist while driving a racing car, she did not lose her heart and remained determined to achieve her dream of becoming a professional athlete.

 

The first woman to join Stunts Unlimited

Kitty O'Neil began her career as a stunt double for the big screen in the 1970s.

 

He worked in Hollywood films like The Bionic Woman (1976), and Wonder Woman (1977–1979).

 

O'Neal was the first woman to be included on the list of Stunts Unlimited, an organization that lists the best stunt people in Hollywood. He said goodbye to the world in 2018.

He got 200 ml. He drove a rocket-powered car named Prerak to a speed of one hour, in which he broke the previous land-speed record and set a new record. O'Neil has surprised everyone with his skills.

 

In the year 2019, O'Neil was honored with the Oscar Memoriam Award.
