The Indian Air Force is equipping Sukhoi (SU-30) fighter jets with new missiles to give a befitting reply to the audacity of enemies conspiring against India. Sukhoi (SU-30) fighter aircraft equipped with indigenous high-speed low-drag missiles are going to wreak havoc on the enemies. The missile is capable of engaging air-to-surface targets at a range of more than 250 km. The missile will further enhance the capabilities of the Su-30 fighter jets.

Capable of destroying the target from a distance of 250 km.

The indigenous high-speed low drag missile is being developed by the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO). Defense sources said, 'The new high-speed low drag missile is capable of hitting a target of more than 250 km.' With this missile, the Air Force will be able to destroy enemy military camps and terrorist hideouts in a more aggressive manner. As India taught a lesson to the enemy by entering into the enemy territory during the Balakot operation in the year 2019.

Work is also being done on upgrading Su-30

Along with this, the Air Force is also working on upgrading the Su-30. 85 such aircraft will be inducted into the fleet. The IAF has scaled up the Sukhoi-30's capabilities by inducting the BrahMos supersonic cruise missiles, which can engage targets over 500 km away. Air-to-air missiles have also seen improvements. The BrahMos capability can help the Air Force deal with any long-range tracking radar such as the S-400 air defense system.

Explain that the Air Force currently has more than 250 Su-30 fighter aircraft. The Air Force currently has more than 250 Su-30 fighter aircraft. These aircraft are deployed for the defense of the country along with the modern Rafale fighter jets.
