Biden's warning to China: Said- If China attacked Taiwan, be ready for US military action

For the first time, US President Joe Biden has given an open warning to China, which is trying to intimidate Taiwan during the Ukraine war. Biden, who arrived in Japan to participate in the Quad meeting, said in a meeting that the US would take military action if Taiwan was attacked by China. He said that China is taking a risk by infiltrating the Taiwan border.

 

America gives arms to Taiwan

 

Biden said that the responsibility of defending Taiwan has increased after the Russian attack on Ukraine. If China attacks, America will defend Taiwan with military help. Actually, according to the Taiwan Relations Act, America is obliged to protect Taiwan. This is the reason why America supplies arms to Taiwan.

 

Wrong to occupy Taiwan

 

In the meeting, Biden was asked whether the US would intervene militarily if China used power to occupy Taiwan? In response to this, Joe Biden said – this is what we promised. We agreed to the One China policy, and we signed it, but it is wrong to think that Taiwan can be taken away by force. Joe Biden said China's move to use force against Taiwan would not only be unfair but would destabilize the entire region.

China considers Taiwan it's part, while Taiwan sees itself as an independent country. China's goal has been to force Taiwan to bow to its political demands and accept China's occupation. Since the Russo-Ukraine war, there has been a fear that China may also adopt the path of war to capture Taiwan.

China can take advantage of the war in Ukraine to attack Taiwan. US President Joe Biden sensed this conspiracy by Xi Jinping. A few months ago, he held an emergency meeting, and soon after, a high-level delegation of US defense experts and the foreign ministry was sent to Taipei, the capital of Taiwan. After which furious China threatened America. He had said in a threatening tone that they (America) were playing with fire and would burn themselves in it.

 

Chinese jets keep entering Taiwan's border

 

Taiwan continues to infiltrate from the Chinese side. Typically these flights take place in airspace southwest of Taiwan. It is called AIDZ (Air Defense Identification Zone). Taiwan and China separated during the civil war in 1949, but China continues to claim the island. As a result, Beijing opposes every action of the Taiwanese government. It continues to use diplomatic and military force to isolate and intimidate Taiwan.
