Crude Oil: Germany spoke on India's oil purchase from Russia, we have nothing to do with

He said that taking part in voting or staying away from it is a sovereign decision of any country. Meanwhile, when asked about the purchase of crude oil at a discounted rate from Russia by India, Philip Acmanman said that Germany has nothing to do with it.
