Graham Hume remained unbeaten on 20 off 17 balls. Apart from these three batsmen, no batsman could cross the double figure. Eight of Ireland's batsmen disappointed the team. These include captain Paul Stirling who was dismissed for zero. Captain Shakib took five wickets and Taskin Ahmed took three wickets for Bangladesh. Hasan Mahmood got a breakthrough.
