Boris said- 'There is no doubt that the attack on Ukraine was done unnecessarily and forcefully. Our President Vladimir Putin is responsible for this.

Boris has also rejected Putin's claim that a 'special operation' is going on in Ukraine. According to him- 'This is a direct attack and I cannot defend my government. Apart from being a civil servant, I also have some responsibilities.
