BJP's Dr. Sanjay Jangra has won the chairman post in the Nagar Palika of Julana, the assembly constituency of Congress MLA Vinesh Phogat. Independent candidate Vikas Kumar has become the chairman of Jakhal Mandi Nagar Palika of Fatehabad district.
BJP defeated Congress in Rohtak, Ram Avtar Valmiki won by 45 thousand 171 thousand
BJP has defeated Congress in the Municipal Corporation Mayor election. BJP was successful in bagging the post of President of Nagar Palika Radour. Here BJP candidate Rajneesh Mehta got 1904 votes and defeated the nearest rival independent candidate Dalip Kumar alias Rinku by 482 votes. Dalip got 1422 votes. Apart from this, independent candidate Mahindra got 533 votes, Ajay got 456 votes, Satwinder got 141 votes, while 31 people pressed the NOTA button.
