Before the budget session of Parliament, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the journalists outside the Parliament House. During this, he said that innovation, inclusion, and investment have constantly been the basis of the roadmap of our economic activity. In this session, as always, many historic bills will be discussed in the House, and with extensive brainstorming, they will become laws that will increase the strength of the nation.

Taking a dig at the opposition, the Prime Minister said that since 2014, this is perhaps the first session of Parliament, in which a foreign spark has not flared up a day or two before, and there has been no attempt to ignite a fire from abroad. He said, 'I have been seeing since 2014 that before every session, people used to sit ready to do mischief and there is no dearth of people here to fuel them. After 10 years, this is the first session I have seen, in which no spark was ignited from any foreign corner.'

He said, 'Today, at the beginning of the budget session, I bow to Goddess Lakshmi, the goddess of prosperity. On such occasions, for centuries, the virtues of Goddess Lakshmi are remembered. Goddess Lakshmi gives us success and wisdom. It also gives prosperity and welfare. I pray that Goddess Lakshmi's special blessings be on every poor and middle-class community of the country.'

PM Modi said that our republic has completed 75 years. This is a matter of great pride for every citizen of the country. The people of this country have given me this responsibility for the third time and this is the first full budget of this third term. I can say with confidence that in 2047 when it will be 100 years of independence, this budget session, this budget will create a new confidence in the direction of the resolution of developed India that this country has taken, it will give new energy that when the country celebrates 100 years of independence, then it will remain developed. 140 crore countrymen will fulfill this resolution with their collective efforts.

The Prime Minister said, 'In the third term, we are moving forward in mission mode with the resolution of all-round development of the country, whether it is geographically, socially or in different economic contexts.'

He said that innovation, inclusion, and investment have been the basis of the roadmap of our economic activity. In this session, as always, many historic bills will be discussed in the House, and after extensive brainstorming, they will become laws that will increase the strength of the nation. Many important decisions will be taken in this session in the direction of reestablishing the pride of Nari Shakti, freeing every woman from the differences of caste and creed, and ensuring a respectable life and equal rights.

PM Modi said that in this budget session, all the MPs will contribute to strengthening developed India. Especially for the young MPs, this is a golden opportunity, because the more awareness and participation they will increase in the House, the fruits of developed India will be visible before their eyes. Therefore, this is a precious opportunity for young MPs. I hope that we will live up to the hopes and aspirations of the country in this budget session.
