Chum Darang needs no introduction today. Chum, who has worked in Badhaai Do and Gangubai Kathiawadi, has gained popularity from Salman Khan's controversial reality show Bigg Boss 18. She was a strong contestant on the show who made her place in the finale based on her strong game and personality. Even though she may not have won the trophy, she has won the hearts of the people.

But hardly you know that Chum Darang, who became popular from Bigg Boss 18, was a part of Manoj Bajpayee's much-awaited upcoming web series The Family Man 3. However, she backed out of the web show at the last moment. Recently, Chum Darang has told the reason for rejecting The Family Man 3.

Why did Chum reject The Family Man 3?

Chum Darang was supposed to work in The Family Man 3, but she opted out of the third installment of this hit franchise just for Bigg Boss 18. In a podcast with Small Talk with Coco, Chum said, "Yes, I was in The Family Man 3 but I rejected it for Bigg Boss. I thought I wouldn't be able to survive in the Bigg Boss house for long. I know that a lot has to be done to survive inside and this journey is not going to be easy."

Chum Darang further said that she thought she would be able to stay in the Bigg Boss house for a maximum of three weeks, but she lasted three months in the show. The Family Man 3 may have slipped out of her hands, but she is enjoying the love she is getting from Bigg Boss. She said that she is hoping to get projects like The Family Man 3 in the future.

Love angle in Bigg Boss

Chum Darang remained in the limelight in Bigg Boss 18 house not only due to her strong personality but also due to her love angle. Her name was linked with Karanvir Mehra in the show and there is a buzz that both are dating each other even after the show.
