The entire Indian team is currently preparing for the Test series in England. On Thursday, Gambhir had appealed to the young team led by Shubman Gill to get out of their comfort zone.

Gambhir had said in a conversation with BCCI TV, "This tour can be seen in 2 ways. First, we are without our 3 most experienced players or we have got this opportunity to do something special for the country. When I look at this team, I see hunger, passion, and commitment to do something special. If we come out of our comfort zone, if we start challenging not every day but every session, every hour, and every ball, then I think we can make it a memorable tour."
