The opposition has been continuously cornering the central government since the implementation of the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). He has accused the government of creating a new vote bank through CAA. Union Home Minister Amit Shah has reacted to these allegations.

During a show, when Amit Shah was asked whether CAA would change the structure of tribal areas. Responding to this, the Union Home Minister said, "Not at all. The CAA will not weaken or change the structure and rights of tribal areas. We have made provisions in the Act itself that wherever there is an Inner Line Permit and whichever area is in the 6th Schedule CAA will not be applicable in areas where CAA will not be applicable. Applications addressed in those areas will not be uploaded on the app. We have removed it from the app."

Taking a dig at the opposition, the Home Minister said, "The opposition has no other work. He even said that there is a political advantage in surgical strikes and air strikes, so should we not take action against terrorism? He also said That the removal of Article 370 was also for our political benefit. We have been saying since 1950 that we will remove Article 370. His history is that he does not do what he says, Prime Minister Modi's history is that whatever the BJP said Yes, whatever Narendra Modi has said is set in stone. Every guarantee of PM Modi is fulfilled."

He further said, "In Article 11 of our Constitution, the Parliament has given the right to make laws regarding citizenship only to the Parliament of India. This is a Centre's subject, not a joint subject of the Center and the states. I think elections After this everyone will cooperate. They are spreading false propaganda for appeasement politics."

Responded to the claims of the India alliance

Since the implementation of CAA rules, almost all the parties of the Indian alliance have opposed it. He said that if the India Coalition government is formed in the upcoming elections then he will cancel it. On these claims of India Alliance, Amit Shah said, "They also know that India Alliance is not going to come to power. The CAA law has been brought by the BJP government under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, it is impossible to cancel it. It is completely constitutional. This is a valid law. The Supreme Court has not put any stay on this law. I ask Uddhav Thackeray to first clarify whether CAA should be implemented or not. Now he wants the votes of minorities, so he is doing appeasement politics. "

In Rahul Gandhi's statement regarding CAA, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, "Rahul Gandhi should tell the public why CAA is against the country, just as we are explaining why it is in favor of the country."

What did Amit Shah say when CAA was called anti-Muslim?

AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi had called CAA anti-Muslim. On this, Amit Shah said, "What is the logic? There cannot be religious persecution of Muslims because all three countries are declared Islamic states. There is no provision for NRC in this law. There is no provision in this law to snatch anyone's citizenship. "

On the question of foreign media raising questions on Triple Talaq, CAA, and Article 370, Amit Shah said, "Ask the foreign media whether there are provisions like Triple Talaq, Muslim Personal Law, Article 370 in their country."

Answering the question that those who get citizenship through CAA will have a separate identity, the Home Minister said that they will be included in the list of citizens of India just like the common citizens of India. They will have the same rights as all of us. They can also contest elections, and become MLA, MP, Chief Minister, or Central Government Minister.
