Some other chemicals were also mixed with the powder, but the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) in Rohini has not been able to find out which chemicals they were. On the other hand, officials say that bleaching powder has not been used in terrorist incidents or bomb blasts to date. In such a situation, either someone is throwing waste material or mischief is being done.
