The CBI on Tuesday raided the house of Karti, son of former Union Minister P Chidambaram. These raids have been done at his residence in Sivagangai and Chennai, apart from Delhi and Mumbai. These include the case of INX Media getting FIPB (Foreign Investment Promotion Board) clearance, which is related to about 305 crore foreign funds. Sources say that the investigating agency has registered a new case against Karti which is related to money received from abroad. This money was received during the year 2010-14.
