Children Mobile Use Ban: Ban on mobile use of children in a village of Maharashtra, a fine will be imposed if not accepted

In Bansi village of Maharashtra's Yavatmal, the panchayat has banned the use of mobile phones by children below 18 years of age. Sarpanch Gajanan Tele said on Thursday that during the Corona epidemic children started using mobile for online education. But later he got addicted to it. Because of this, this decision was taken.

 

 

If you don't agree, you will be fined

Sarpanch Tele told that there may be initial difficulties in implementing the decision, but both parents and children will be advised to make it successful. Even after counseling, if children are caught using mobile phones, a fine of Rs 200 will be imposed. He said that the aim is to bring children back to their studies and not get distracted by mobile phones.

 

 

People had chosen evening detox in Sangli

Mohitanche Vadgaon village in Maharashtra's Sangli district had opted for an evening detox to combat mobile phone addiction among its residents. As per the decision taken on Independence Day this year, children and adults were barred from using phones between 7 pm and 8:30 pm every day.
