China has started inviting Chinese-origin scientists working in America's Secret Defense Project, top universities, and colleges. In 2021, 1,415 Chinese scientists returned from the US, while 1,162 scientists returned in 2020. The Communist Government of China has named it the Talent Program to invite scientists.
According to an intelligence report, 154 scientists who returned to China have worked at the Los Alamos Institute, which runs the Secret Weapons Program in the US. America's nuclear program runs only in Los Alamos. China has put the scientists returned to China in its advanced drones and missiles. China has increased arms exports by 25% over the past two years to several countries in Africa, including the Middle East. Drones are a big part of this.
Secret Mission of the Chinese Government for Talent Transfer
According to US intelligence reports, China has launched a secret mission for talent transfer. Under this, the Communist government of China also secretly sends money to some scientists working in America. Also, after returning to China, scientists working in America are kept on high salaries. These scientists come under the Ministry of Defence.
