Bajaj said that there were many shortcomings in the lockdown here and because of this the virus infection spread, but the other activities stopped. In this way we did not solve the problem, rather it stalled the economy. We flat out the wrong graph. The graph of GDP became flat, not the graph of corona infected patients.

 

India looked to the West

 

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said that there are some people who can deal with the Corona crisis, but there are crores of workers who have faced difficulties. In response to this, Bajaj said that India looked towards the West countries, while we should have adopted the practice of those countries of the East which did better despite all the difficulties. I think we lacked facts. People feel that this disease is like cancer. There is a need to change the mindset of people and get them on track. This may take a long time.

Bajaj said, I think the first problem is to get fear out of people's minds. There should be a clear discussion about this. He said, people listen to the Prime Minister. In such a situation, now (they) need to say that we are moving forward, everyone is in control and do not be afraid of infection.

 

On the economic package announced by the government, Bajaj said that out of the governments that have been given in many countries of the world, two thirds have gone into the hands of the people. But in our hands only 10 percent has gone.
