After school students and teachers in Ghaziabad and Noida were found to be corona infected, now some private schools in Delhi are also reported to be infected with teachers and students. Due to this the school was closed and the students were sent on leave.
Parents have become worried due to increasing cases of infection among children. After about 12 days, CBSE Class X and XII examinations are also to start in schools. In such a situation, the concern of parents has increased more. Schools in Delhi have increased vigilance after cases of corona infection came to the fore in NCR schools. Schools have swung into action and started emphasizing following the Kovid protocol, while reminders are also being sent to parents.
In some schools in Delhi, teachers got infected and some students got infected.
After the cases of corona infection came to the fore in the schools of NCR, now cases are being received in the schools of Delhi as well. A teacher in a well-known private school on Gangaram Road has been infected. Taking precautions, the management has closed the school. The school administration got information about a teacher being infected on Tuesday, so the school remained closed on Wednesday. No case of infection has been reported in any other teacher and student yet. The school will now be opened on Monday. At the same time, information about teachers and students getting infected came to light in a school in South Delhi. This school is also closed for the time being.
What is the concern of schools?
Schools are worried because older children and teachers are vaccinated, but children in primary classes are not vaccinated. Swarnima Luthra, principal of ASN Senior Secondary School, Mayur Vihar, said that the Kovid protocol is already being followed in the school. Children come wearing masks while social distancing is also being followed. But after the Kovid case of NCR came to the fore, the vigilance has been stepped up.
The principal said that we have again started explaining Kovid-19 to the children in the classes. Parents have been asked to follow the COVID protocol wherever they go. Young children are not vaccinated, so it is also the responsibility of the parents to follow the protocol wherever they go.
Until the situation improves, the protocol must be followed. Kovid protocol is being practiced in the classrooms. Classes are being started only by giving information about Kovid-19. Vandana Kapoor, principal of DAV School, Mausam Vihar, said that we are already getting the Kovid protocol to be followed. From time to time, circulars are being sent by the school to the parents. In which he is being asked to focus on following the Kovid protocol.
