Corona: Sonia Gandhi said - Center will form a strategy to deal with the epidemic with the consent of all parties, Congress will give support

The second wave of the Coronavirus has created a furor in the country. Congress president Sonia Gandhi on Saturday appealed to the Center to form a political consensus on a national policy to tackle the coronavirus global epidemic amid the fast-growing cases of Covid-19 in the country.

 

 

Gandhi said in the video message, now the time has come for the central and state governments to wake up and discharge their duties. He said that the vaccine of Covid-19 should be applied free of cost to all citizens and that it should be made mandatory to obtain a license to increase the production of vaccines to speed up the country's vaccination campaign.

 

 

The Congress president said, "I appeal to the central government to formulate a national policy to deal with the Covid-19 crisis in the country and a political consensus should be formed about it. Now the time has come for the central and state governments to wake up and Discharge your duties. ''

 

Center to help poor families: Sonia

Gandhi appealed to the central government to send Rs.6,000 to every poor family's account so that they can help in dealing with the current crisis. He appealed to increase the investigation and stop black marketing of essential life-saving drugs.

 

Sonia's appeal, need to unite in difficult times

Gandhi said that the Congress Party would stand with the Center in the fight against the global epidemic and appealed to all Indians to remain united in this difficult time. In the last 24 hours in India, more than four lakh new cases of coronavirus infection have been reported in a single day and the number of under-trials has now crossed 32 lakh.

 

According to data released on Saturday morning by the Union Health Ministry, the total number of infected people increased to 1,91,64,969 after the arrival of 4,01,993 new cases of coronavirus infection and the total death toll after the death of 3,523 more people. Increased to 2,11,853.
