Russia last night halted attacks for six hours to rescue Indians stranded in Kharkiv, Ukraine. On the initiative of India, Russia gave this great extension. It is being considered a big success of Indian diplomacy and the efforts of PM Narendra Modi.

 

The evacuation of Indians continues on a war footing amid the Russia-Ukraine war. Meanwhile, Russia provided this relief in Kharkiv. Last night, PM Narendra Modi spoke to Russian President Putin over the phone. He had sought help to rescue Indians trapped in Ukraine. After this, the attacks in Kharkiv were stopped for six hours. According to reports, these attacks were stopped from 9.30 pm on Wednesday.

 

Nitin Gokhale tweeted that before launching an all-out attack in Kharkiv, Russia stopped the war for six hours last night to get all the Indians out of there.

 

Similarly, Aditya Raj Kaul tweeted, just think. Ever since the war started, the US or China has been helpless in evacuating their citizens. India was successful in stopping the war in Kharkiya for six hours. Hopefully, the remaining students will also be taken out.
