Coronavirus: Why is Biden's stand no different from Trump in the case of China?

US President Joe Biden has ordered intelligence agencies to gather information in 90 days on how the coronavirus was eventually spread among humans.

After reading the statement of the former President Trump, after this order of inquiry, it seemed as if he was saying, 'I had already said that.'

In his statement, Trump said, "Now everyone is assuming that I was right when I had already said that Wuhan is the source of Covid-19. For me, it was clear from the beginning but I was criticized very strongly. Now everyone is saying that I was right. Thank you. "

Trump and his supporters have long claimed that the coronavirus came out of China's laboratory, but these claims were dismissed, saying it was a fabricated story for Trump and the Conservative media supporting him.

The media in America is broadly divided into two factions, the Liberal media is considered to be a denouement of the Democrats and the Conservative media is a supporter of the Republicans, there has been a fierce debate between the two factions about the origin of the Coronavirus.

Virus theory

According to the information received so far, this virus started spreading from Wuhan in China. There are two possible reasons for its spread.

The first is that the virus somehow passed from an infected animal to humans and the second that it spread across the world from Vuhan's lab.

In the past, there were allegations on Trump that he was trying to blame China for his failure to stop the spread of the Coronavirus and his statements were seen as a political gimmick.

It is also important to be reminded about Trump that he has been constantly accused of lying, spreading false information. Even Twitter closed his account forever.

Trump says to this day that the presidential election was heavily rigged, but he did not present any evidence about it.

Biden's Declaration

The US President's announcement of an outbreak of the Coronavirus has come after the World Health Organization (WHO) investigation report. The WHO report came at the end of April.

That report was severely criticized because there was nothing new in that report that was not already known. Questions were asked that what was the need of spending so much time and resources after all when nothing new came out in the report.

The WHO report said that it could not be ascertained how humans were infected with the virus in China, but all evidence indicates that the virus came from animals, and was not manufactured. And also that it is probably found in bats.

There were allegations that the WHO report had an impact on China. China denied all the allegations.

Earlier too, Trump had been accusing the WHO of working under China's influence and the US had come out of the WHO under his leadership. But Biden brought America back to the WHO after becoming president.

In a joint statement issued by the US and 13 other countries, the WHO report expressed concern, saying that the report should be transparent and independent.

Trump had made similar allegations

Last year, when the Coronavirus was wreaking havoc in the US, there were allegations in the Conservative media supporting the Republicans that the virus may have been produced as a weapon in a lab in China.

A large part of the media and many scientists rejected it as a 'theory theory'.

In a New York Times report on 17 February, these allegations were called 'conspiracy theory' which had no evidence and was rejected by scientists.

On April 30, on behalf of the US Director of National Intelligence, it was said that the intelligence community agreed with the scientific thinking that the coronavirus was not produced by humans.

Meanwhile, on May 1, President Donald Trump was asked if he had seen anything that convinced him that the virus originated at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. To this, Trump said, "Yes, I have seen."

Trump was severely criticized in the media and it was alleged that the fight against Corona was weakening due to such false statements.

In an interview with National Geographic, America's top scientific adviser Anthony Fauchi rejected Trump's statement, saying that the gestures found that the virus grew in nature and reached humans.

Then what changed now

Questions are arising as to why those who want to investigate the origin of the Biden virus when the first scientists and experts have dismissed it as 'theory theory'.

Some people are seeing this by linking it to the WHO report, due to which many countries including America were dissatisfied.

According to a New York Times report, it is not clear whether Biden's move is the result of a change in the thinking of some scientists or the pressure of the Republican Party on him, Biden accuses him of 'Chinese intrigue' Are not taken seriously.

Recently, doctor Anthony Fauchi, contrary to his earlier statement on the origin of the virus, said that investigation of what happened in China should be continued.

It is believed that the recent media reports may also have had an effect that may have inspired Biden to take such a stand.
