In an attempt to reach Prime Minister Narendra Modi's target of running 75 'Vande Bharat' trains in 75 weeks, the Railway Board will start trials of the new 'Vande Bharat' train before August 15. After this, railway passengers will be able to enjoy the journey on this train in November. The third 'Vande Bharat' train will be run in South India.

Railway sources said that the trial of semi-high speed (160-200 kmph) 'Vande Bharat' will be started in the second week of August. Prime Minister Narendra Modi can flag off the train. He informed that the new 'Vande Bharat' train will be tested on the Nagda section of Madhya Pradesh from Kota in Rajasthan. During the trial, the speed of the train will be 100 to 180 kilometers per hour. The third new 'Vande Bharat' train can be run in Telangana. With this, the central government in the electoral state will also be able to take advantage of its politics.

Railways claim that 75 'Vande Bharat' trains will start running on the tracks by August 15, 2023, as announced by Modi. Because after the success of the prototype 'Vande Bharat' train, there is no need to test the remaining trains. He informed that the Rail Coach Factory Integral Coach Factory (ICF) has been given a target to manufacture 75 rakes of 'Vande Bharat'.

He said that the new 'Vande Bharat coach is more convenient than the existing 'Vande Bharat'. ICF can manufacture six to seven rakes (trains) of 'Vande Bharat' every month. It is being increased to 10. Apart from this, 'Vande Bharat' will also be manufactured at Rail Coach Factory in Kapurthala and Modern Coach Factory in Rae Bareli.
