In discussion for film and bungalow

Bank of Baroda had blocked the property owned by the actor to recover Rs 56 crore through an e-auction to be held on August 25. Gurdaspur MP and Bollywood actor's recently released film Gadar- 2 has been successful at the box office. It has collected over Rs 300 crore since its release last week.

Bank of Baroda had on Sunday announced that it will auction Deol's Juhu villa to recover the loan given to the actor. According to the bank, the loan amount including interest is Rs 56 crore. However, media reports on Monday said that the auction notice for the bungalow has been withdrawn. The actor, officially known as Ajay Singh Dharmendra Deol, has been representing the ruling BJP from the Punjab seat since 2019.
