It is the responsibility of the private hospital. We have issued a show cause notice to that hospital. It is the responsibility of the hospital to get him a cavid bed. Now we are making a system that if there is a serious patient of Covid-19, then where should he go, the patient will know. Kejriwal said that, the situation in Delhi is under control, we are taking full care.
Recovering about 50 percent infected
