Delhi: Drone seen above PM Modi's residence, SPG and police stirred, agencies engaged in the search

The news of a drone flying over the Prime Minister's residence on Monday morning created a stir. SPG informed the Delhi Police about this, as soon as the information was received, the top police officers reached the spot and started the investigation.

 

According to the information, the SPG informed the Delhi Police about the matter at around 5 am on Monday. As soon as the information was received, senior officers and heavy forces in Delhi area started searching for the drone. Although the drain could not be found till the news was written.

 

Police is looking for the drone. Let us tell you that the Prime Minister's residence and its surrounding area comes in the no flying zone. In fact, on Monday morning, the NDD control room received information about an unidentified flying object near the PM's residence.

 

A lot of searches were done in the surrounding areas but no such thing was found. The Air Traffic Control Room (ATC) was also contacted, they too did not find any such flying object near the PM's residence.

 

Dr. Hemant Tiwari, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, New Delhi district, said that information was received about flying a drone in the no-flying zone above the Prime Minister's residence. The SPG contacted the police at 5:30 am. At present the investigation is going on.
