In the 25th match of the league, Mumbai Indians defeated RCB in a one-sided manner by seven wickets with 27 balls remaining.

 

In this match, a lot of fours and sixes were being hit, while on the other hand, there was a fun conversation between the audience and Virat Kohli.

At that time Virat Kohli was running towards the boundary line. Hearing these slogans, Kohli laughed and started apologizing by holding his ears not to do this.

Another great moment was seen in the match between MI and RCB when Virat Kohli asked the spectators present at Wankhede Stadium to praise Hardik Pandya instead of booing. When Hardik Pandya came out to bat, the audience booed him loudly. Virat Kohli did not like this and he pointed towards the audience and appealed to praise the captain of Mumbai Indians. Virat Kohli's sportsmanship is being highly praised.

 

RCB's fifth defeat

No matter how entertaining the interaction between Virat Kohli and the audience may have been, RCB's fortunes are not getting better. Faf du Plessis-led RCB suffered its fifth defeat in the tournament on Thursday. This was Mumbai Indians' second win in five matches. After this match, Mumbai Indians are in seventh place in the points table while RCB is in 9th place.
