Due to the silence on the road, she was scared and immediately went to her home on foot and did not inform the family about the incident.

 

The friend of the deceased was scared of the incident

The friend of the deceased said that after the incident her mind was not working as to what to do. Saheli said, "At one point, I felt that he might try to save the deceased but due to fear, he did not try to save her and raised a hue and cry." The deceased had a party at Oyo Hotel

The friend of the deceased told that on the night of 31st December, she had gone to a party at Oyo Hotel. She was accompanied by her male friend and other friends in the hotel. She had gone to the hotel at eight o'clock and had left at around quarter past two. On coming out of the hotel, the deceased was saying that she would drive the scooty but she was intoxicated, so they both had a scuffle over driving the scooty. She was heavily intoxicated, not conscious. However, in the end, it was the deceased who drove the scooty.

 

Also, he said that at one place on the way, those people would have collided with a truck. After surviving the accident, she told the deceased that she would drive the scooty. Immediately after that, going ahead, there was a head-on collision with their car.

 

I tried to save the victim - a friend of the deceased

Saheli said that she also got hurt in this accident and fractured her hand. He said that even Matka would not have been hurt if the young men in the car had pulled her out from under the car. Saheli said that she tried to save the deceased but did not get a chance. As soon as he left the hotel, the accident happened after going some distance ahead.

 

Both had met for the first time 10 days ago

The friend of the deceased has said that she had met the deceased 10 days ago through a friend, then they planned to celebrate the new year together. On the day before the incident, the deceased had come to her house in Sultanpuri. After that, she left for Rohini with him. From there she went to the house of the deceased and got ready and left for the hotel. Everyone partied there. The deceased had called friends. The glasses of the car were black so he could not see how many youths were inside.
