The budget session of Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini government is starting from Friday, March 7. The first day of the budget session will begin with the Governor's address. Governor Bandaru Dattatreya will lay the roadmap of the Haryana government through the address.

The budget session of the 15th Vidhan Sabha will run till March 28. Now the budget will be presented on March 17 after Holi. Earlier the budget was to be presented on March 13 before Holi. This change was made in the meeting of the Business Advisory Committee (BAC) of the Vidhan Sabha on Thursday. The ruling and opposition parties have made strong preparations for the budget session. The opposition is preparing to corner the government on issues like paper leaks, PPP, law and order, illegal mining, drug abuse, and unemployment. At the same time, the ruling party has also made strong preparations to answer the opposition. In such a situation, the budget session is likely to be tumultuous.

This is the first budget session of the Saini government. Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini said it has been decided in the BAC meeting that the budget session will run till March 28. If needed, it can be extended. At the same time, the assembly informed that the session has been fixed till March 25. There has been a recommendation to extend it, on which the final decision will be taken in the House. The government will also present several bills related to public interest in the budget session which will run till the last week of March. The most important bill in this is the bill related to strict action against travel agents who send people of Haryana abroad illegally. The government introduced this bill last year, but the central government sent it back after registering objections.

Now the bill will be amended and presented in the budget session. At the same time, the government can introduce a bill to tighten the noose on the companies and dealers selling fake seeds. However, not a single bill has been listed to be presented in the assembly yet.

The opposition prepared on these issues.

Former Chief Minister and Congress leader Bhupendra Singh Hooda said that the Congress will prominently raise issues like paper leaks, unemployment, corruption, and law and order in this session. Accusing the government, he said - Examination papers are being leaked one after the other in the state. Due to this questions are being raised on the intentions of the government. Mining and MBBS exam scams are being exposed. Issues like damage to farmers' crops due to heavy rains, deteriorating law and order situation, and increasing debt will also be raised by Congress. At the same time, INLD MLA Arjun Chautala said that he will prominently raise issues like drug addiction and unemployment.

CM will take charge and will make big announcements.

At the same time, the Haryana government has made strong preparations to answer the opposition. The CM himself will take charge of answering the opposition from the ruling party. For the last few days, he has been answering the questions raised by the opposition with sarcasm. His same working style can be seen during the assembly session.

He can also make many big announcements during the budget session. He is going to make a provision for the Laxmi Laado scheme in the budget. Along with this, he can also announce the dates of CET, which will be a big announcement for the youth.

Congress Legislature Party meeting could not decide on a leader

Congress Legislature Party meeting was held on Thursday. The meeting could not decide on the leader of the Legislature Party. In the session of the fifteenth assembly starting from Friday, Congress will enter without a leader of the Legislature Party. This can affect the morale of Congress MLAs. Former CM Bhupendra Singh Hooda said on this issue that the Legislature Party has already passed a resolution and given the central leadership the right to select the Leader of the Opposition. Now the top leaders have to decide on this. Congress's newly appointed in-charge BK Hariprasad had a meeting with Congress leaders on Thursday. During the meeting, the MLAs had said that it is necessary to have a leader of the Legislature Party in the House. This will enable the MLAs of the opposition to put forward their issues prominently. After the meeting, BK Hariprasad said- The observers have submitted their report to the high command. Now it has to take the decision. Due to the absence of a leader of the Legislature Party, the meeting of MLAs on Friday was held by Congress State President Udaybhan. MLAs Chandra Mohan Bishnoi, Maman Khan, Vinesh Phogat, Manju Chaudhary, Nirmal Singh, and Vikas Saharan were not present in the meeting.

Congress may get weakened in the session.

Due to the absence of a leader of the legislative party, it is certain to have an impact on the MLAs. Congress wants to corner the Saini government on many issues. But due to the party not having a leader of the legislative party, it will affect the morale of the Congress MLAs. The MLAs who met with in-charge BK Hariprasad had therefore talked about electing a leader of the legislative party. During the assembly session, the ruling party will also raise questions on this issue.
