MP Kangana Ranaut has expressed deep concern over the devastation caused by the natural disaster in Mandi district. Sharing a post on her official internet media account, she said that every year such natural disasters are becoming a tragedy for the people of Himachal. This situation is heartbreaking.
Kangana Ranaut told that she tried to go to Seraj and other flood-affected areas, but she was stopped due to complete disruption of road connectivity. She wrote that Leader of Opposition and Seraj MLA Jairam Thakur has advised her that she should wait until the connecting roads in the area are fully restored. People cannot be reached safely.
'People will get all possible help'
An alert has also been issued by the Mandi district administration regarding the weather. Given this situation, she is waiting for permission from the administration and the concerned agencies. She assured that as soon as the situation becomes normal and she gets permission, she will personally visit the affected areas, know the condition of the people, and provide all possible help. This statement of Kangana has come after being trolled by people on the internet.
People in the disaster affected areas have been waiting for their MP for four days. Kangana did not even deem it fit to give a statement, let alone going to the affected areas. The ruling Congress has also started raising questions about Kangana's disappearance. BJP leaders are being asked where is their postman in this hour of disaster?
