Green Fungus: After black, white, and yellow, now the first case of green fungus came in this state of the country

In Indore, the fastest growing city of Madhya Pradesh, many cases of post covid diseases are coming to the fore. These days, more than 500 cases of black fungus have come in the government and private hospitals of Indore. At the same time, it is surprising that now a patient of Green Fungus has come to the fore in Indore and this is the first case in the country.

 

 

The second wave of corona in Indore caused havoc, which has now calmed down to a great extent. But now a new fungal infection has come to the fore in Indore, which is the first case in the country. Cases of black, white, and yellow fungus were reported so far in terms of post-covid diseases. But now the first such case of the country has come to light in Indore, in which the patient has become a victim of green fungus after 90 days of treatment.

Health Department official Dr. Apoorva Tiwari said that the Medical and Health Department has received a report from Aurobindo Hospital, Indore, in which specialist Dr. Ravi Doshi told that 34-year-old Vishal Sridhar, a youth, has been undergoing treatment at Aurobindo Hospital for the last one and a half months. We're getting it done, but 90 percent of the involvement of his lungs was not ending, while every possible treatment was done for him. When his lungs were examined in Aurobindo Hospital, it was found that a fungus of green color was found in the patient's lungs. Which cannot be called mukar. Therefore it cannot be called mucormycosis.

 

 

 

He told that due to its green color, it has been named Green Fungus. Dr. Apoorva told that this is the first case in the country in which a fungus of green color has been found in the lungs of a person. He told that a patient named Vishal Sridhar has been referred to Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai from a private chartered plane. The same Dr. Ravi Doshi is constantly keeping an eye on the condition of the patient by keeping in touch with the doctors of Mumbai.

On the other hand, Dr. Ravi Doshi of Aurobindo Hospital, who is treating the patient, told that this green fungus has been found inside the young patient. It is found in that person's sinus in the lungs and the blood. This person was already a Covid patient due to which his lungs were damaged a lot. The treatment of Covid was going on for the last two months. After being discharged, this disease again came to the fore, after which the matter of Aspergillus came to the fore.

 

 

Dr. Ravi Doshi, Professor of Aurobindo Hospital TV Chest Department said that if we talk about the symptoms of Aspergills, then there are many such symptoms, such as bleeding from the nose, cold due to nasal congestion, headache, and fever. He said that during the treatment of Covid-19, this is the first case where such symptoms have come up during the treatment of Covid-19 for a long time. It is as deadly as covid or mucormycosis. It is worth noting that earlier the Union Health Ministry had said that the fungus should not be identified by any color name.
