Gujarat Titans tasted their fifth defeat of the season as they beat Chennai Super Kings by three wickets on Sunday night. David Mikhail of South Africa, popularly known as 'Killer-Miller' in the world of cricket, took on the Chennai bowlers and played a match-winning inning of 94 runs in 51 balls with the help of 8 fours and 6 high-rise sixes. During the match, Dwayne Bravo had created an opportunity to dismiss Miller, but Shivam Dube dropped his catch. Angered by this, CSK captain Ravindra Jadeja expressed anger at the style of Indian team coach Rahul Dravid on the field itself.

This incident happened during the 17th over of the innings. Bravo had spent only 4 runs in this over. On the third ball of the over, David Miller hit a pull shot and the ball went up in the air. Shivam Dubey, stationed in the direction of mid-wicket, ran towards the ball, but during this time his eyes got light due to which he could not see the ball. The ball fell two steps ahead of Dubey and Bravo looked very angry with this and immediately asked Jadeja to change the fielding. Angered by this, Jadeja tried to slam his cap on the field, but in the end, he restrained himself. When Miller missed the catch, he was batting on 78. Had Chennai got their wicket here, then the match might have been in CSK's bag.

Rahul Dravid has also expressed his anger in the same way.

During the 2014 IPL, when Rahul Dravid was the mentor of the Rajasthan Royals, he had expressed his anger during a match like this. Rajasthan was playing the last match of its league stage against Mumbai. Batting first, Rajasthan made a huge total of 189 runs. Mumbai had to achieve this score in 14.3 overs to qualify for the playoffs. Had Mumbai not been able to do so, Rajasthan would have got a straight playoff ticket. Mumbai achieved this in 14.4 overs on the back of an unbeaten knock of 95 runs by Corey Anderson. Mumbai had hit a six off the last ball and their score was 195, due to which they had overtaken Rajasthan in terms of run rate. After this defeat of the team, Rahul Dravid, sitting in the dugout, expressed anger by throwing his cap on the ground.

Gujarat is on top by beating CSK

Batting first, Chennai Super Kings scored 169 runs in 20 overs with the help of a half-century from Rituraj Gaikwad (73). Chasing this score, Gujarat Titans did not have a good start. The first three wickets had fallen for 16 runs, while half the team returned to the pavilion for 87 runs. Despite this, Miller single-handedly led the team to this victory. After this victory, Gujarat is on top of the points table with 10 points. At the same time, Chennai remains in 9th place.
