'If he recites a Sanskrit shloka, I will consider it a miracle...', Rambhadracharya challenges Saint Premananda

Padma Vibhushan Jagadguru Ramanandacharya Swami Rambhadracharya has directly challenged Saint Premanand, who became famous in the country and the world by propagating Radhanaam. He said that if Saint Premanand speaks one sentence in Sanskrit in front of me, I will also call him miraculous.

In an interview for a podcast in Delhi, Jagadguru Swami Rambhadracharya was asked about Saint Premanand that who is living even without a kidney. To this, Jagadguru Rambhadracharya said that this is not a miracle.

If it is a miracle, then I challenge Saint Premanand to speak just one word in Sanskrit in front of me, or explain the meaning of the Sanskrit words I say. I am openly saying that he is like my child. He said that the one who knows the scriptures is a miracle.

His kidneys are being dialyzed. He is living on dialysis. When asked about all the famous people of the country reaching him, Jagadguru said You are absolutely right. He said that Vrindavan, Ayodhya are all there. I do not have any enmity towards Premanand. He is like my child. But he is neither a scholar nor a sadhak nor a miracle worker.

A miracle is that which is shared in a scriptural discussion. He is Radhavallabhian. He can recite even one shloka of Radha Sudhanidhi correctly. His popularity is good, but it is short-lived; it lasts for a few days. But to say that he is a miracle worker is not acceptable to me. He sings bhajans. But read and write more.
