Vaibhav made many records in this series. During his innings of 143 runs, Suryavanshi broke the record of fastest youth ODI century by completing his century in 52 balls. This record was earlier in the name of Kamran Ghulam of Pakistan. Ghulam achieved this feat in 53 balls against England in 2013 itself. Among Indian players, this record was in the name of Raj Angad Bawa, who scored a century in 69 balls against Uganda in the Under-19 World Cup in 2022.

 

Vaibhav also became the youngest batsman in youth cricket to score a century in youth ODIs. Suryavanshi is 14 years and 100 days old. He broke the record of Bangladesh's Nazmul Hussain Shanto, who crossed the three-digit mark at the age of 14 years and 241 days.

 

Vaibhav became the Indian to hit the most sixes in an innings of a single match of Youth ODI. He improved his previous record (nine sixes) by hitting 10 sixes during his century innings. Before Vaibhav, the Indian record for hitting the most sixes in an innings of a single Under-19 Youth ODI match was held by Raj Bawa (8 sixes). He did this against Uganda in 2022.

After Vaibhav, England captain Thomas Ryu was the second-highest run scorer. He scored 280 runs in five innings at an average of 93.33 and a strike rate of 142.13.
