'If I could meet CM Yogi, I would find peace of mind,' says engineer Yuvraj's father.

Rajkumar Mehta, the father of engineer Yuvraj Mehta, who died in Noida, has expressed satisfaction with the swift action taken by the Yogi Adityanath government in the case.

 

 

He said that the formation of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) by the government has given him hope for justice, and he is confident that his son's soul will receive justice. Meanwhile, in a major development on Tuesday, the builder, Abhay Kumar, was arrested.

According to Rajkumar Mehta, the father of the deceased Yuvraj Mehta, necessary safety measures have been ensured at the accident site to prevent a recurrence of such an incident. He also expressed his desire to meet Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

 

 

He said that meeting the Chief Minister would give him mental peace. He also stated that the government has assured him of full cooperation.

 

 

3-member SIT conducting the investigation

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took cognizance of the Noida incident on Monday and issued instructions for swift action. He constituted a 3-member SIT team under the leadership of the ADG Zone Meerut to investigate the incident. This team of officers will investigate the matter and submit a report to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath within 5 days.

 

 

Builder arrested

In this incident, the police took swift action and arrested the named accused builder, Abhay Kumar, on Tuesday. The arrest of Abhay Kumar, CEO and builder of the real estate company MZ Viztown Planners Limited, was made in view of the FIR registered under serious sections, including negligence, culpable homicide not amounting to murder, and endangering life.

 

 

Meanwhile, the Yogi government also took strict administrative action, removing the Chief Executive Officer of the Noida Authority from his post. Earlier, Traffic Cell Junior Engineer Naveen Kumar was dismissed with immediate effect.
