The number of threats being received by Bollywood stars is increasing day by day. Following the shooting outside Rohit Shetty's house, "Dhurandhar" actor Ranveer Singh was recently threatened via a WhatsApp voice note, demanding a ransom of ₹10 crore (approximately $100 million).

Following these two prominent figures in the industry, Salman Khan's brother-in-law, Aayush Sharma, has reportedly also received a threatening email. Read the full story below:

Who sent the threatening email to Aayush Sharma?

According to a report in The Hindu, the person who sent the threatening email to Aayush Sharma claims to be a member of Lawrence Bishnoi's gang. Although Arpita Khan's husband, Aayush Sharma, has not yet filed an official complaint, the Mumbai Police are investigating the source and the person who sent the threatening email to the "Loveyatri" actor.

According to reports, a police officer stated that the Crime Branch is trying to determine whether the threatening email received by Aayush Sharma was genuine or a prank.

Lawrence Bishnoi openly threatened Salman Khan

Many Bollywood stars have received threatening emails and phone calls, for which the Lawrence Bishnoi gang has claimed responsibility. The Bishnoi gang has long targeted Salman Khan. Previously, in 2024, two unidentified men on a motorcycle opened fire outside Salman Khan's Galaxy, for which the gang also claimed responsibility.

This dispute between Salman Khan and Lawrence Bishnoi is 28 years old, dating back to the 1998 blackbuck poaching case. During the filming of "Hum Saath Saath Hain," Salman Khan was accused of poaching a blackbuck. This controversy escalated further in 2018 when Lawrence Bishnoi openly threatened to kill Salman Khan.
