Before the match against India in the T20 World Cup on Sunday (October 23), Pakistan suffered a major setback. Batsman Shan Masood got injured during the practice session. He has been taken to the hospital. Masood was hit on the head during the practice session. He fell on the ground after hitting the ball. After this Masood was admitted to the hospital for a scan.

 

Masood lay down on the ground after the injury. The physio and medical staff gave him first aid. Masood was practicing at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. It is being said that a raised ball from spinner Mohammad Nawaz hit him on the right side of his head. It is only after the scan that it will be known how serious the injury is.

 

After a year in the T20 World Cup, both teams face each other.
