Fast bowler Umran Malik has been selected for the national team for the first time after performing brilliantly for Sunrisers Hyderabad in IPL 2022. Malik has made his career under the supervision of former Indian all-rounder Irfan Pathan. Umran recently celebrated his selection to the national team with mentor Irfan after another great season with the Hyderabad franchise. The fast bowler from Jammu and Kashmir made the record for bowling the fastest ball in IPL 2022. Umran can now debut in Team India from the T20 series against South Africa. However, before his debut, his mentor Irfan has given him special advice.
