India-Nordic Summit: PM Modi became a part of the second India-Nordic Summit, know why it is important for the country

India-Nordic Summit Updates: Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the heads of governments of the Nordic countries participated in the India-Nordic Summit (2nd India-Nordic Summit) at Christianborg Palace in Copenhagen, Denmark. This is the second time that India has become a part of the Nordic summit.

 

According to the tweet of the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), the key goal of this summit is to promote our multi-faceted cooperation with the Nordic region in areas such as emerging technologies, investment, clean energy, and arctic research. This is a partnership for the future.

 

The leaders of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden appeared together before the start of the conference. The picture of PM Modi with these leaders has been tweeted by Foreign Ministry spokesperson Arindam Bagchi. He also wrote during this that in the year 2018 in Stockholm, India and Nordic countries came together on one platform for the first time through such a summit.

 

PM Modi's Europe tour will end today

 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's three-day Europe tour will end today. He will be present in France for a few hours on the last day of the tour and will talk with French President Macron. Earlier, Narendra Modi visited Denmark on Tuesday. Modi met Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen in Copenhagen and discussed many issues.
