In comedian Samay Raina's YouTube show 'India's Got Latent', Ranveer Allahabadia made objectionable and indecent comments about family and parents. According to news agency PTI, Mumbai Police is unable to trace podcaster Ranveer Allahabadia as his phone is switched off. The police officer said Khar police had not been able to contact Ranveer Allahabadia, popular for 'BeerBiceps' channel on YouTube because his phone was switched off. He said that Samay Raina's lawyer has met senior police officials and sought more time. Samay Raina is currently in America. At the request of the lawyer, the police have given him time till March 10 to record his statement.

Ranveer Allahabadia had earlier requested Khar police to record his statement at his residence, but his request was rejected. Police went to his flat in the Versova area on Friday, but found it locked. Maharashtra Cyber Cell has summoned at least 50 people to record statements in the case registered in this regard.
