Abhishek and Head created history
A unique achievement has also been registered in the names of Abhishek and Travis Head of Hyderabad. Hyderabad had crossed the 200 mark against Mumbai in just 14.4 overs. This is the second fastest double century in IPL history. Before Hyderabad, in 2016, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) had crossed the 200-run mark the fastest in 14.1 overs.

During this period, an unwanted record was added to the name of Mumbai Indians bowler Quena Mafaka. In this match, Mafaka gave away 66 runs in four overs and failed to take a single wicket.
