According to information received from Anantnag, today a group of workers were going ahead from Larkipora Duru in a Tata mobile vehicle (JK18-4476). Suddenly there was an explosion inside the vehicle in Larkipora and eight workers in it were injured.

At the same time, they cordoned off the entire area and took the injured workers to a nearby hospital for treatment with the help of local people. He said that the explosion took place in the cement mix centering vibration machine which was with the workers' vehicle. There was also a portable generator and a can of oil. These also came under the influence of the blast. A forensic investigation team has also been called to the spot. He has also taken some samples from there for testing.
