The Prime Minister presented the Ayushman Vaya Vandana Card to three senior citizens above 70 years of age - Dinesh Kumar Rawat, Rajiv Prasad, and Durgavati Devi. Apart from this, he presented the GI certificate of Banarasi Shehnai to Ramesh Kumar and Tharu Embroidery to Chhiti of Lakhimpur Kheri.
The purpose of Ayushman Vaya Vandana Card is to make health services accessible and affordable to senior citizens. The Prime Minister released a bonus of Rs 106 crore online to 2.70 lakh milk producers of the state on behalf of Banas Dairy.

On this occasion, the Prime Minister congratulated on Hanuman Jayanti and said that it is a good fortune for him that he got the opportunity to come to Kashi on this occasion. Paying tribute to Mahatma Jyotiba Phule on his birth anniversary, he said that he worked for the self-confidence of women and today his resolutions are being taken forward.

He said that Kashi is now at the center of the economic map of Purvanchal and these projects will prove to be a milestone in the development of Purvanchal.

The PM said that in the last ten years, we have been taking the dairy sector forward in mission mode. The facility of Kisan Credit Card was provided to cattle farmers. The loan limit was increased. Subsidy arrangements were made. A free vaccine program is being run to protect livestock from foot and mouth disease etc. More than 20 thousand cooperative societies in the country have been revived for organized collection of milk. Lakhs of new members have been added to it so that people associated with the dairy sector can be brought together and taken forward.
