The match referee found Digvesh Rathi guilty of Level 1. It is written in the IPL media advisory that Digvesh Singh has been found guilty of Level 1 under Article 2.5. Let us tell you that if a player is found guilty of Level 1, then in that case the decision of the match referee is valid and final.
