Rajasthan School Collapse: The School roof collapsed during a prayer meeting in Jhalawar, five children died, and many were buried

A tragic incident occurred in Piplodi village of Jhalawar district of Rajasthan on Friday morning when the roof of a government school collapsed. The roof of a government school building suddenly collapsed here, causing chaos in the school premises. More than 20 children are estimated to be buried under the debris in this incident that happened during the prayer meeting. At the same time, information has come to light about the death of five children. At the same time, after the accident, Education Minister Madan Dilawar has ordered a high-level inquiry into the incident.

 

After the information, senior police officers, administrative officers, and rescue team reached the spot and efforts were started to take out the children buried under the debris. After the incident, local people have reached the spot for help. All are engaged in removing the debris together. Local people are trying to get the children out as soon as possible.

 

This accident has come to light in the Manohar police station area of ​​Jhalawar district. It has come to light that the roof of the school was getting dilapidated for a long time, and there was a possibility of the roof falling after continuous heavy rains. The seriously injured children have been referred to Jhalawar District Hospital. The villagers are also fully engaged with the rescue team in removing the debris. This school was built in Piplod village. It is also known that all the children buried under the debris were in class 7. At the time of the accident, the children were studying in their class.

 

Gehlot expressed grief

Expressing grief over the incident, former Chief Minister of Rajasthan Ashok Gehlot tweeted, "There is news of a government school building collapsing in Jhalawar's Manoharthana, in which many children and teachers have been injured. I pray to God for minimum loss of life and speedy recovery of the injured."

 

Chief Minister ordered an investigation.

Expressing grief over the accident, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma prayed for the peace of the departed souls. He has also given instructions to investigate the accident.
